Beit Nova Village for survivors of October 7

JNF Australia is proud to support the Tribe of Nova Foundation’s Beit Nova project, a vital community healing center for survivors of the October 7 attack. Since the tragedy, the Tribe of Nova Foundation has provided critical support to survivors. With the signing of a 20-year lease for the Beit Nova (Nova House) at Kibbutz Nachshonim, this venue will become a permanent home for healing and community connection.

The Beit Nova Center will offer a wide range of activities designed to reduce trauma, foster resilience, and build empowerment among survivors.

The center will feature a cafeteria, treatment rooms, greenhouses, mellow corners, offices, a therapeutic pool, a music centre, and an amphitheater, creating a comfortable and supportive environment. The Beit Nova Center is expected to support 2,500 survivors annually, with 75% attending over 25 sessions each year.

JNF Australia is committed to supporting the reopening of Shikma, ensuring it can once again provide a nurturing environment where youth can regain stability and rebuild connections.  JNF Australia’s support will include renovating and upgrading the infrastructure to restore the facility and ensure it remains a vital resource for the community.
