Nikki Stanislav is a dedicated and passionate volunteer whose unwavering commitment to the Jewish community is evident in every aspect of her work. Whether through her time, talent, or leadership, Nikki consistently steps up to support and uplift those around her.
A gifted vocalist, Nikki has frequently shared her voice to inspire and unite, performing at major community events such as the UIA Young Leadership gatherings, the JNF Futures Gala, and most notably, in front of a 12,000-person crowd at the one-year commemoration of October 7. In the aftermath of that tragic day, Nikki volunteered at numerous rallies, singing anthems to foster solidarity and hope within the community.
Professionally working in the fields of different non for profit organisation based to and mental health, Nikki brings that same compassion and dedication to her volunteer roles. She has served as a youth mentor, madricha, and educator with BJE, and spent nearly five years volunteering with CSG. Her long-standing commitment also includes active involvement on the JNFuture committee, where she collaborated with other young Jewish volunteers from all over the world on the Zionist leadership Leaders Academy to expand the reach of JNF Australia and cultivate the next generation of Jewish leadership.
Looking ahead, Nikki is deeply committed to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of young people in the community. She aspires to create more inclusive and interest-driven initiatives that not only engage youth but empower them to take ownership of programming. By encouraging them to be the creative force behind events, Nikki hopes to inspire a new wave of community leaders who feel confident, capable, and connected.
