Born in Israel and raised in a grounded, values-based family, Doron began his professional journey as a senior executive at Microsoft, where he led large teams and major technological initiatives. After leaving the corporate world, he embarked on a journey of self-discovery that shaped a new vision: helping people find their purpose and connect with who they truly are.
Doron studied and trained alongside leading spiritual teachers, including Deepak Chopra and Byron Katie, and went on to establish Life Academy, a centre for personal and spiritual development. Today, he is an author, entrepreneur, mentor of mentors, and international consciousness leader. He has mentored over 150,000 people worldwide, authored The One – Everything Happens For You and Reaching High, and developed the BeDoing method, which combines full presence with meaningful action.
Following the tragic loss of his brother Ofir Libshtein, Mayor of the Sha’ar HaNegev and one of the first victims of the October 7 attacks, and his nephew Nitzan, Doron brings a powerful and deeply human perspective on leadership, resilience, and community. His work continues to inspire heart connection, purposeful action, and the building of bridges between people and communities.
