Please read the terms and conditions of this Agreement carefully; they impose legal obligations on you (the participant) and on us (JNF), and establish our legal relationship.

1. Your Agreement. You acknowledge that your agreement to the below conditions is a precondition to participation in the Tour, and that failure to accept agreement and to agree to its terms would result in JNF rejecting your application to participate in the Tour.

2. Investment. JNF will cover the land costs associated with the program including accommodation, meals, internal travel, facilitators and tour guides. You accept that in order to participate in the Tour you will need to cover the costs of air tickets, personal insurance, personal expenses and incidentals. (Your flight arrival details must be given to the JNF)

3. Travel Insurance. It is mandatory for all participants to purchase travel insurance (this must not exclude COVID cover). This travel insurance should cover flight delays, cancellations and any other unforeseen changes as well as personal property theft, loss and/or damage. Your travel insurance reference number must be given to JNF.

4. Loss or Damage Due to Airlines, Services or Facilities. JNF shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage which you may sustain to your person or property, or for any loss or damage by reason of any delay, modification, curtailment or arrangement pertaining to the flights or services you yourself employ in connection with the Tour or for any damage or claim arising there from or in connection therewith.

5. Health Insurance. Personal medical insurance coverage, not excluding COVID cover, which shall be valid in Israel throughout the period covered by the Tour, is a personal expense and MUST BE ORGANISED BY THE PARTICIPANT.

6. Loss of Tour Privileges. You may be removed from the Tour for any reason, including (a) having provided incorrect or false information regarding any portion of your application or at any time during the application process; (b) failure to participate in any portion of the Tour; (c) use or possession of illegal drugs; (d) acts of violence or vandalism; or (e) disorderly conduct.

7. Valid Passport. Your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your last day in Israel. You will also be responsible to make any visa arrangements if required.

8. Photo release. You grant JNF the right to take photographs of yourself during the Tour activities. You authorize the use of these photographs for publicity, advertising and web content.
