Shurat HaDin is at the forefront of fighting terrorism, protecting the State of Israel and safeguarding Jewish rights.

Shurat HaDin’s Legal Aid for Terror Victims Fund provides some measure of compensation for the immense emotional, psychological and financial burdens faced by victims of terror and their families, and provides a platform for their voices to be heard.

Whilst no monetary value can be assigned to the profound loss their clients experience, Shurat HaDin provides a meaningful form of justice and relief:

• Shurat HaDin works with Western intelligence agencies, law enforcement branches and a network of volunteer lawyers across the globe to file legal actions on behalf of terror victims.
• They give victims of terror a voice to fight back and pursue justice.
• They help the victims to obtain compensation for their unbearable pain and suffering; and to assist them with expensive medical bills, psychological and mental healthcare expenses, income replacement for victims who are no longer able to work, childcare, eldercare, household help and other support where needed.
