Oscar is the Head of the Netzer youth movement and as such gives his time endlessly to carry out the tasks involved. He goes above and beyond for his youth movement and the young Jewish Reform community in Sydney. He leads on camps every school holiday, runs weekly programs for young kids, mentors upcoming leaders to become better leaders as they are moving throughout their leadership career, runs services for the synagogues and is a doogma (a leader by example) in his everyday life. He strives to be the best Jewish person he can be in the Diaspora, keeps himself up to date with what is going on and has always got his youth movement Netzer at the forefront of his everyday life, whilst still studying at university.

He aspires and is studying to be a doctor which again is helping the community something which Oscar is passionate about as a long-term goal and is very worthy of recognition and this award.
