Josh was integral in the launch of a “WEEKEND AWAY” program that was started within the choice foundation. It provides a unique opportunity for people with a disability to go on a holiday with friends of all abilities. Led by volunteers of similar ages and interests, 3 – 4 people with disabilities go away with 3 – 4 people without disabilities for a fun weekend away. The homes they stay in are holiday homes generously donated for the weekend by members of our community. Josh is also an integral volunteer of our community security group.
