Hinda grew up in the small Jewish community of Perth.

Hinda got married and decided to move back to Perth with her family to help grow and strengthen Jewish community. As part of this she wanted to find ways to bring together women in the community. Hinda runs a Rosh Chodesh woman’s circle. The aim of the group is grow the community and connections between women in the community. The group currently has 95 women & continues to grow.

Hinda also runs events at Dianella shule for the community and young families.

On top of all this, Hinda started an organisation called Menucha for you to provide people in hospitals with a Shabbos pack if they are in hospital for Shabbos and a hospital Shabbos pack for mothers who have given birth.

In her day job, she teaches Jewish studies as she wants to cultivate a love and passion for Judaism in her students.
